My native town- Ural’sk.
Ural’sk – is a wonderful and old city in the west of Kazakhstan. It's already 400 years old. We have main interesting and historical buildings to see. The cultural life of our city is represented by numerous cultural and educational institutions. For example: Oral Kazakh theater, Oral Russian Drama theatre. A. Ostrovskiyi- one of the oldest theatres in Kazakhstan, its exists more than 160 years. There are 6 cinemas, 11 cultural centers and 24 libraries.
Golden Church.


Golden Church is one of the famous showplaces of Ural’sk. It was built in honor of the 300th anniversary of ministry Ural Cossack troops to the King of Moscow, celebrated in 1891.
Three-level Mosque.


The new three level mosque opened in Ural’sk in November 2005. The building was built with the help of several countries. The majestic dome over the main hall of mosque is made up of stained glass, brought from Italy and made by German technology. Carpets in rooms were imported from France.
House Museum of Emel’yan Pugachev.


The museum is very popular with the residents and visitors, who enjoy a movement of history and architecture of the 18thcentury wood. They  exhibite original things of Cossack life and weapons, flags, guns, valuable royal gifts and many other historical things of 18th century.

If you visit Ural’sk, you will find many other showplaces ,old and new buildings, beautiful nature near the Zhayik river  which will amaze you and, of course, kind and generous people who will help you.
